We get it, the week is hard. You have work, you might have to commute and you’re probably just overall tired. So why not kick back and relax in a natural lazy river right here in the PNW. That’s right folks, no need to head to a water park or resort when you can just head on over to the Snoqualmie River.

The Snoqualmie River is a great spot to float and we recommend hopping in at Plum Boat Launch right near Snoqualmie Falls and hopping out at Fall City Park. It’s 3.3 miles of sun and floating goodness. Depending on water levels and where you hop in and out, you can expect your float to last between 2.5 to 4 hours.

Now if you don’t happen to have an intertube of your own, there’s no need to run out and buy one. Because you can actually rent one from Fall City Floating and if you need to you can also book a ride on their shuttle service. Tube rentals cost $20-$25 a day and a shuttle pass will cost you $10-$15 depending on when you go. Pretty nifty huh? Just be sure to reserve your shuttle pass and tubes ahead of time.

What are you waiting for? Get out there and have some fun, float those weekday worries away. You won’t regret it, we promise. With that have a great weekend and if you’d like to learn more about Fall City Floating you can click here.
