If you’re a coffee lover then chances are that you’ve heard of Coffeeholic House. This spot became a hit almost immediately after opening due to its unique drink menu. And now in an exciting move, they’re planning to expand to North Seattle!
That’s right folks, you’ll no longer have to make the trek down to Columbia City to enjoy Coffeeholic house. Because the new location will be opening sometime in fall 2021. And it will be located in the Greenwood neighborhood with about double the space of the first location. Not to mention it will also have reserved parking and outdoor seating.

With all that extra space, the new location will be adding some new brunch and breakfast dishes. And they might even stay open later. But of course, all of this is subject to change as figuring out the groove of a new restaurant takes time. That being said, we certainly hope to see the new location trying some new menu items because we know they’ll be delicious.
