Luxury is typically in the eye of the beholder, but we think we can all agree that having a full-sized fountain in your home is pretty dang boujee. Located in the NW community of Briar Hill, 1316 20A Street is what we’d consider pretty upscale with 4,000 square feet of space and fixtures imported from all over the world.

Now, don’t get us wrong, the outside of the home is beautiful, but it’s the little interior details that really make this place special – or just excessive, depending on what you are or aren’t into.

Besides the fountain that we mentioned earlier, the home also has a foyer fitted with premium-grade limestone brought in from Paris and a set of antique Egyptian gates.

In addition to this, the pantry in the kitchen (which is large and in charge) has a recovered vintage school door and a custom inset window from an old Parisian bakery.

From the 4 large bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and all of the bonus space like the theatre and the gym, 1316 20A Street features a number of incredible pieces like this, sourced from incredibly cool countries and historic buildings.

Of course, it also has a few stereotypically fancy add ons like walk-in closets throughout, a full theatre with surround sound, ensuites, a ton of chandeliers, and in-floor heating, but those doors, man. They really do it for us. We’re a sucker for the little things.

It’s also worth noting that the view from this place is unreal and that it’s got a super cozy backyard with some of the greenest grass we’ve ever seen.

Captivated by all of the minuscule things like we are? Well, it’ll cost you – about $2,499,900 to be exact.

To see the listing, to schedule a viewing (who knows some of you might be sitting on a pile of dough) or just to look at more pictures, you can check out the realtor’s website here – but beware, you might have higher standards after looking into this one. Ikea cabinets just won’t do it for you anymore. Happy viewing!
