Afterward, things start to get a little chillier, you’ll head into the underground barrel cellar where you’ll get to enjoy another tasting of wines among 300 wine barrels. That’s just the beginning though because next, you’ll get to discover Niagara’s only igloo-like lounge.
It’s the 10Below Icewine Lounge, made out of a mammoth 13,607 kilos of ice which is kept at a frosty 10º below zero. This happens to be the ideal temperature for harvesting Icewine grapes and of course, you’ll get to sample some of that liquid gold.
