This modern West Vancouver mansion comes with its own ‘living wall’

Welcome back to another instalment of our home of the week, Vancouver! We’ve been going on a tour of the province these past few weeks, so we decided to look a little closer to home this go around. And wouldn’t you know it, but there are some incredible homes for sale in the city right now. This week, we’ve got our eyes on a modern West Vancouver mansion with some very fun touches. Let’s check it out!

Located at the end of a quiet street just above Marine Drive, the home mixes privacy with incredible views of the Burrard Inlet and the rest of Vancouver. Built in 2014, the home features all the modern amenities you can ask for, and tons of interior space as well.

As soon as you walk in, you can tell that this home is a fantastic blend of form and function that’s actually meant to be lived in. And, while just over 5,700 sq. ft. is a lot of space, it’s not so big that you’ll spend 5 minutes walking from one end of the house to the other. If we wanted to sleep in an aircraft hangar, we’d probably just feature one of those instead. Heck, maybe we will one week (as long as it’s cool enough).

Anyway, the 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms mean this home actually has space for in-laws, kids, friends… whatever! And right alongside that, you’ve got a gourmet kitchen for cooking meals, a home office to do some work in, and a pool/hot tub to relax in after a long day of… well… relaxation.

Because frankly, we doubt there are too many people who can afford a $10,880,000 home and are still worrying about what their boss thinks on a Monday morning. If anything, the future owners are the type of people who ‘happen’ to be in front of their own personal 20-foot living wall in the backyard for interviews about corporate monopolies or something like that.

Now, our question is- can we use it the next time we FaceTime our moms? We promise we’ll respect the space. To check out this incredible West Vancouver mansion for sale in all its glory, just click here!
