This luxury rental in the mountains has an indoor pool, elevator & views for days

A change of scenery could be good for you. It could also be pretty good for your 12 closest friends as well- we just hope that they agree! Located in Canmore, nestled in the beautiful Rocky Mountains and surrounded by trees and wildlife, you’ll find Casa Skye, a newly listed vacation spot with 8 bedrooms, an indoor pool, and a backyard that will make any avid golfer weep.

With a stunning view of the Bow Valley, the insane listing literally has something for every traveller – there’s just one catch… but we’ll get to that in a tick.

Here, guests can lounge about on the larger than life deck, go for a hike, splash around in the private pool, catch a flick on their favourite streaming platform or – and this is a big one – tee off at Silvertip Resort Golf Course, a stunning course “on the roof of the world.” Nice, right?

Now, yes, the decor may be stuck in the early to mid-2000s, but the amenities are timeless! Big fancy bedrooms with panoramic views, privacy, a gourmet kitchen and showers bigger than our apartment will never go out of style, and we’d be willing to bet money on that.

Unfortunately,  there is one tiny detail that you should take into account before requesting to book and that’s the price.

As long as you have a full house, the nightly rate really isn’t so bad – it’s for those that are planning on going with a smaller group. however, that we say ‘beware.’

The owners of Casa Skye charge about $2,017 per day on average, making it one of the pricier rentals that we’ve shared – but we kind of get it?

It’s a spectacular spot that anyone would be lucky enough to call home for a few hours and we’re sure that the memories you make here will be priceless… at least, that’s what we’re telling ourselves to get through.

Let us know, friends. Would you stay here?

If so, you can check out the original listing here.

Enjoy!
