These last few years were extremely hard on the restaurant industry, but things appear to have sprung back. From new concepts to reopenings, the food scene has been redeemed and Calgary’s popular 17th spot Pigeonhole is riding the welcome wagon.

Named among the city’s best by enRoute magazine and Canada’s 100, Pigeonhole’s in-person dining program was placed on a year-long hiatus, before officially debuting a new concept in November 2021.

Though they did reopen for a short time in September of 2020, these breaks felt like a lifetime for those who frequent the well-loved establishment.

Since their grand re-reopening, diners have been waiting patiently for the return of a Pigeonhole favourite – brunch. Well, we’ve got news…

According to a recent Instagram post, the 17th Avenue spot has brought back their mid-morning menu!

“Starting this Saturday, January 29, enjoy a new menu including some old faves – like the Gluten-Free Souffléd Pancakes,” they write.

Can’t wait to check it out? You can make reservations now – but hurry. We have a sneaky suspicion that seats will be filling fast.
