This $4M home for sale in BC is like a life-sized dollhouse (PHOTOS)

Every so often, we see a house come up for sale that we just need to talk about it. And, that’s exactly the case with this life-sized dollhouse for sale in White Rock. Located at one edge of the Whiterock Promenade, this is maybe one of the most interesting waterfront homes we’ve seen. So, let’s check it out!

The 4 bed, 4 bath home is around 3,500 square feet and is priced at a cool $3,998,000. Although it was only built in 2009, the ‘Southern Georgian’ design makes it look like it was built about a century prior. Our first tip for the new owners? Lean into the Southern vibe and get some Haint blue up in there. Your descendants will thank you, trust us.

While the front of the house is best described as a ‘Barbie Pink’, the back is almost the complete opposite, painted full black and with neon green accents. In fact, we wouldn’t be surprised if the owners were just like “you design the front, I’ll design the back, and we’ll see which is more popular”.

That same design dichotomy is present inside the house as well. Pretty much half of the rooms feature the same frilly, dainty aesthetic of a dollhouse. Meanwhile, others use a checkerboard design and vibrant shades of red. Honestly, it looks like a certain Vancouver coffee house brand before it decided to update its look. We’ll let you guess which one we’re talking about.

Finally, there are a couple of extras that really solidify this home as one-of-a-kind. There’s a rooftop ‘party deck’ for you to take in sunsets. But, we’re also spotting a miniature train track that’s hung from the ceiling and seems to wind through multiple rooms. If that’s not a unique touch, we don’t know what is.

Can we sit here and say this house is the one for us? No. But, we can easily say that we want to meet whoever decides to buy it, especially if they keep things as-is. For more info on this wild home in White Rock for sale, just click here.
