Planning a trip to Vancouver Island soon? Well forget about Victoria, because there’s a whole bunch of Nanaimo Bars you should try out in the namesake city. Tourism Nanaimo has put together a ‘Nanaimo Bar Trail’ guide, featuring almost 40 options!
Basically, the guide offers pretty much every kind of Nanaimo Bar you can imagine. It would be super easy to keep things simple, and try, we don’t know, like 5 different traditional ones. But why would you want to do that when you can enjoy specialty bars, vegan bars and even a deep fried bar. It’s the perfect opportunity to try a few and then rate them, might as well pretend to be a sweet treat aficionado.

You can also mix things up even further with some of the guides more shall we say, unique options. These include things like Nanaimo Bar waffles, cocktails, and even spring rolls!
