Cavalcade of Lights
If you haven’t made it to the Cavalcade of Lights at Nathan Phillip Square yet this season, this is your last weekend to do so! This dazzling lights show at City Hall is a great way to spend a chilly evening – so bundle up and enjoy before it’s too late! While you’re at Nathan Phillip Square, head to the public skating rink for free skating as well.

Distillery Winter Village

Speaking of the final weekend for outdoor activities, another winter classic in the city is having its final weekend as well – the Distillery Winter Village. Check out the stunning lights, decorations and vendors in the Distillery District one last time for the season. Don’t forget to bundle up!

Evergreen Brickworks Skating & Farmers Market
Evergreen Brickworks is your destination for winter fun – hosting an indoor farmers market every Saturday! Grab some yummy treats and check out all the other vendors. While you’re at it, you can also head to their skating rink which is open to the public for free on weekends.

Motorcycle Supershow
If you’re a lover of all things motorcycles this is an event you won’t want to miss this weekend. The North American International Motorcycle Supershow is heading to Mississauga this weekend at the International Centre featuring displays, live music and more. Tickets are still available and start at $27.91 for adults.

Cheer on the Leafs

Winners & Losers: Sports Histories of Toronto

Sports fans are going to want to see this. From “infamous bat flips and buzzer-beating three-pointers, to Stanley Cup curses,” the Winners & Losers exhibit at Myseum of Toronto takes guests through the city’s rich sports history. This is the perfect addition to your weekend itinerary as admission is free! Myseum of Toronto does ask for any donations if you’re able, however.

Chicago is a classic must-see musical, and this weekend is your last chance to catch it at Ed Mirvish Theatre! The final two performances will happen on Saturday at 2 PM and 8 PM so grab tickets while you still can.

Mayor’s Annual Skating Party
Celebrate the new year with a skating party! Mayor Olivia Chow and Members of Council will be at Nathan Phillips Square for the celebration on Sunday, featuring a meet and skate with the players from Toronto’s new Professional Women’s Hockey League team, a demonstration from Fire Keeper Geoff Daybutch about the significance of ceremonial fires in Indigenous culture and Indigenous winter sports, organized by the Native Canadian Centre of Toronto.
