The Moth StorySLAM

The Moth StorySLAM is an open-mic storytelling competition, and you can sign up for a chance to tell you or sit back and enjoy the show! Tonight’s theme is “chemistry.”

Leslie Feist is back! The Canadian indie pop singer-songwriter and guitarist, known as Feist, launched her solo career in the late 90s, and released her 6th album “Multitudes” last year.

Bainbridge Island Mystery Picnic: Self-Guided Foodie Adventure

Picnic for two, anyone? There’s a mystery picnic with AmazingCo on this weekend. “On this self-guided foodie adventure, you will solve clues to collect gourmet picnic treats and discover a hidden, picturesque picnic spot away from the crowds,” state organizers.

Winterhop Brewfest

The annual Ellensburg Winterhop Brewfest is a one-of-a-kind festival that brings breweries from around the Pacific Northwest to pour their beers in various downtown businesses and venues. And it all takes place this weekend!

The 7th Annual Winter Beer Festival

At this year’s festival, there will be 32 Northwest Beers and Ciders from both McMenamins and Guests. As well, live music from Forest Ray, Morgan Paris Lanza, as well as Drea & The Marilyns will be there for entertainment.

The Madonna show originally scheduled for July 18 and July 19 of 2023 were rescheduled, and the time is almost near. Of note, tickets for the originally scheduled July 18, 2023 show will be valid for the February 17, 2024 show, and tickets for the originally scheduled July 19, 2023 show will be valid for the February 18, 2024 show.

This tour will take you on Madonna’s artistic journey through four decades!

Love Beyond Borders

Love Beyond Borders is a concert celebrating the power of love even through the most challenging of circumstances. “With LGBTQ+ people being among the most vulnerable of all refugee groups, this original oratorio combines songs and stories to spotlight the challenges faced by LGBTQ+ refugees escaping persecution for a better life,” states the event.

Seattle Krakens

Get some sports action in this long weekend! The Seattle Krakens are playing at home for five games this month, including games against the Detroit Red Wings on Presidents’ Day. Of note, this is an early afternoon game!

Seattle Museum Month

During February when you check into participating downtown Seattle hotels, you can request a Seattle Museum Month packet and museum map. This packet gives you a guest pass for up to 4 guests for half price admission at select museums.

This year, there are 27 participating museums and institutions including The Seattle Art Museum, Woodland Park Zoo and Chihuly Garden and Glass among others.

As for hotels you can stay at places like The Arctic Club Hotel, The Edgewater Hotel, The W Seattle and many more.

Harry Potter: Magic at Play

The Harry Potter experience has more than 20 touchpoints of hands-on magical activity, including “games, exploration, sensory activations, and more.” Your journey begins at the iconic 4 Privet Drive where you’ll explore the Dursley’s living room and eventually be whisked away on a boat as you cross the Great Lake to arrive at Hogwarts.
