Welcome to 2024! New year, new you, right? January kicks off with the first statutory holiday of the year meaning there won’t be much open. Now that being said, theres still plenty to do. Here are 8 of the best things to do in & around Seattle on New Year’s Day.
Get ready to experience the Point Defiance Zoo in a new way as the grounds are transformed into a winter wonderland with over 800,000 lights. You’ll be able to see all sorts of displays both old and new ranging from a giant Pacific octopus to a flame tree and even Sasquatch.
