BLACK HISTORY MONTH OPENING CEREMONY 

February is Black History Month. To kick it off, The Black History Month opening ceremony will take place at City Hall. It is a collaborative effort with the National Black Coalition of Canada and Norquest College. The theme is Black Led Individuals/Community/Unity in Building.
