Over the course of the pandemic, we’ve seen Toronto real estate fluctuations like crazy. Although rent prices seemed to have plummeted, there have been some seriously expensive sales when it comes to properties in the city. Well, Strata.ca just released new info breaking all that down. They’ve catalogued the three most expensive condos sold in Toronto during COVID-19.
So first, let us give you a little background on the parameters of these measurements. To determine the most expensive condos, the team at Strata broke it down based on price per square foot. This way, they were able to more accurately find the actual market value of each condo sale in the city.
