The U of A Botanic Garden is hosting a ‘Northern Light Dining Experience’

Ready to indulge in a delicious dinner under the stars? The U of A Botanic Garden recently announced that it is hosting a ‘Northern Light Dining Experience’ starting later this November. And we have to admit, it sounds like a blast. Let’s check it out!

The Northern Light Dining Experience offers a private, three-course dinner focusing on one of the most quintessential winter foods- fondue. Kick things off with Swiss cheese fondue to start, then use cooking fondue for the mains, and wrap things up with, what else, some chocolate.

Groups of up to 6 will get access to their own dome under the stars to enjoy it, with a village of snow sculptures all around you. The experience also grants access to Luminaria, turning a special meal into a special evening. Between treating yourself to fondue, and your surroundings, this is a must-try option for anyone looking to make the most of the colder months.

Hurry though- tickets are selling fast!
