Great news for those wishing to get their holiday cheer on early this year! After a hiatus last year, the Surrey Tree Lighting Festival and Holiday Market is returning to the Metro Vancouver city this November! Things kick off in a few weeks, and we’ve got all the details.

The beloved family-oriented festival will be taking over the Surrey Civic Plaza on November 20th, for a massive one-day only affair. The festival offers a ton of things to enjoy, ranging from immersive light displays to live entertainment and a free Christmas market.

But that’s not all! You’ll also be able to check out an illuminated light tunnel, treat yourself to local food trucks, and grab some free hot chocolate while you’re there. It’ll be necessary, especially in between all the fun installations and the holiday market. Which, by the way, will have 20 different vendors for you to shop at.

Can’t make it for the festival itself? Don’t worry! The week after, the Surrey Festival of Lights is set to kick off! But, we think this one-day only event is definitely worth the trip. Click the link below for more details!
