If you’re a fan of the Skagit Valley Tulip Festival then there’s another festival you’ll definitely want to know about. And that is the La Conner Daffodil Festival which just so happens to be going on right now. So if you’re ready for a little bit of flower diversity keep on reading to see what this festival is about.
The La Conner Daffodil Festival is in its seventh year and is happening through April. And as you might’ve guessed, the festival looks a little bit different this year. Starting tomorrow (March 25th) you’ll have to make advance reservations for visiting the fields. But when you get to the fields you can enjoy a bloom map and self-guided tour.

You’ll have the opportunity to see the three major varieties of daffodils including Dutch Master, Flower Carpet, and Standard Value. Plus what’s cool about daffodils is that they only get rotated every three years. So that means the brightest and most yellow flowers are the oldest crop.
