Who’s ready to dive into an immersive spring-themed wonderland? Starting this week, H Tasting Lounge at The Westin Bayshore will transform into a secret garden, complete with decorated domes, vibrant cocktails, and fresh new dishes utilizing the bounty of the season.

From March 8th to May 11th, visitors can enjoy a decadent menu against lush foliage and twinkling lights. Each private dome seats up to six people, so you’re guaranteed an intimate dining experience.

On the menu? House-made Spring Onion Focaccia, a Bouillabaisse of tomato dashi broth with scallops, shrimp, mussels, and confit fennel, and a smoked Game Hen for two.

Other delicious entree options include a fresh squid ink fettuccine with clams, mussels, and prawns, and char-grilled Prairie Rancher Steak.

As for sips, cocktail lovers can choose from a number of spring-themed concoctions, from the Hands of Harmony (Fermentorium Distilling’s Stump Coastal Gin, Genmaicha soda; and mandarin) and the rum-based “Laka a Lono,” which is inspired by the blooming flowers on the Hawaiian Archipelago.

Finally, we come to dessert. visitors of The Secret Garden can dip their forks into an indulgent chocolate cake with Manjari chocolate ganache, or opt for the Lychee Mousse Cake with berry confit, matcha sponge, and raspberry “soil.”
