The ROM is having a New Year’s Eve party with amazing food & music

Ring in the new year with a night at the museum! The ROM is throwing a New Year’s Eve bash like no other, with access to the entire museum and an epic lineup of entertainment and eats.

Guests are in for a “spectacular evening of live music with headliners Desiire and Dr. Draw, and roaming interactive performances,” says The ROM.

Dr. Draw is a “high-energy experimental electric violinist” who has opened for John Legend, Mariah Carey, Shaggy, and Drake.

Desiire is a Queer Congolese singer-songwriter in the R&B, Afro, jazz, and electronica space.

Other performers include Baby Q, R. Flex, Arabic fusion TikTok artist Kazdoura, Trombone Charlotte’s Tiger Band, and Sudeep K.

Plus, you’ll also get to enjoy a “breathtaking ice-skating performance with daring jumps, spins, and twirls from Glisse on Ice.”

Your ticket includes one complimentary drink and access to mouthwatering food stations presented by award-winning caterer Daniel et Daniel.

And it wouldn’t be a NYE bash without party favours and photo booth images, and lucky for you, The ROM will be treating you to both!

Most importantly, though, you can explore all of the museum’s exhibitions without the daytime crowds, including Kent Monkman: Being LegendaryCanadian ModernWildlife Photographer of the Year, and Fantastic Beasts™: The Wonder of Nature.

Unlike the last couple of years, New Year’s Eve is going to be sensational in our city.

From a sky-high event at the top of the CN Tower to disco dance parties and the City of Toronto’s annual celebration, we’ll be starting the new year on a high note this time around!

ROM After Dark: NYE

When: December 31st, 2022, 8 PM to 1:30 AM
Where: Royal Ontario Museum
Cost: $130 Adults, $110 Patrons/Members (tax included)
