The cast of ‘The Last of Us’ spotted dining at this popular Vancouver restaurant

Beloved Afghan restaurant Zarak might have been snubbed by the Michelin Guide last year, but the restaurant certainly isn’t hurting for a well-deserved spotlight. On Tuesday, January 23rd, the Season 2 cast of The Last of Us was spotted dining there – though it appears that Pedro Pascal made other dinner plans.

After enjoying a delicious meal—presumedly after filming—Lead Bella Ramsey (Ellie) is pictured along with their newest co-stars Isabela Merced (Dina) and Young Mazino (Jesse), as well as Executive Producer Jacqueline Lesko and Writer/Producer Craig Mazin.

In the comments section, Lesko expresses her thanks to the Zarak team:

“Incredibly delicious food and cocktails…with fantastic service and a beautiful ambience. We will no doubt be coming back often!”

As for what the cast might have indulged in, Zarak’s menu is full of ever-changing surprises.

From creatively crafted cocktails and mocktails to weekend brunch, to delicious shareable plates like the Balsamic Oyster Mushroom Kebab, Afghan Mantu, or Mezze board, there’s plenty to enjoy here if you’re keen on checking it out for yourself.

And if you’re looking to try authentic Afghan food in Vancouver, all the more reason to visit.

So there you have it, Vancouver. Stay tuned for more updates about The Last of Us as they come, including more info on Season 2 filming locations in the area.
