We don’t know about you, but we find it difficult to watch any movie or TV series without simultaneously researching its cast, crew and filming locations. One of our more recently searched items? HBO’s The Last Of Us – a critically acclaimed show that has recently been given extra special treatment by Google.
Based on a popular video game of the same name, The Last of Us follows Joel, a smuggler tasked with escorting a young girl across post-apocalyptic America 20 years after a fungal infection wipes out humanity.
Now, while avoiding the spread is of the utmost importance on the show, viewers are actually encouraged to simulate the infection on Google in celebration of its success.
To see what we mean, all you have to do is head over to their website, search ‘The Last Of Us’ and click the mushroom icon at the bottom of the screen.
