His name is Buddy and he’s the boss. He’s also about to open the very first location of the iconic Carlo’s Bakery right here in Canada. Folks here at home will be able to enjoy access to the world-famous goodies produced by none other than the Cake Boss himself. Needless to say, this is pretty amazing news.

So the new Carlo’s Bakery is set to be opened in Port Credit Mississauga this spring. It’ll be a 3,200 square foot shop offering all of the brand’s signature treats. We’re talking cannolis, cupcakes, cookies, Italian gelato, lobster tails, saver sandwiches, New York Style brick oven pizza, and, of course, loads of cake.

Of course, whether you’re a fan of the TLC show or not, there’s no doubt you’ll enjoy the delicious menu items they’re serving up. Plus, the joint is just a quick drive from Toronto’s downtown core, so it’s crazy accessible for all your takeout needs.

There’s no word yet on the exact opening date of this brand new Carlo’s Bakery. But don’t worry. All that is set to be relieved soon. In the meantime, we’ll be watching re-runs of the iconic show and dreaming about chowing down on the treats ourselves.
