The Canucks are bringing back theme nights complete with custom jerseys

Finally, hockey and fashion lovers alike have something to look forward to. On Wednesday, the Vancouver Canucks announced the return theme nights this season. What’s more, they’re pairing some of them with gorgeous limited-edition jerseys.

Things kick off on February 11th with another installment of their Lunar New Year night. To celebrate, the Canucks will wear a special-edition ‘Year of the Ox’ jersey, which will also be available on the Canucks webstore.

Two more theme nights, Hockey Fights Cancer (March 22nd) and Armed Forces Appreciation (May 4th) will also feature custom jerseys. As for the other events, expect contests, special releases, and much more via the Canucks social media channels.

We’re looking forward to seeing the new designs! After all, the NHL is really embracing crazy and retro jerseys this year. Now, the big question is figuring out which ones to buy!
