The Calgary Flames just dropped an NFT collection & every purchase comes with a prize

With NFTs growing in popularity, it should come as no surprise that celebrities and sports teams like the Seattle Kraken are getting in on the trend. Now, the Calgary Flames have joined along, offering their very own non-fungible tokens in hopes of taking the fan experience to a whole new level.

With a total of 26 different NFTs ranging from $35 to $65, this exclusive drop will give die-hards a chance to unlock everything from unique experiences,  rare memorabilia, and even tickets to future games.

Want to get your hands on some sweet bonus swag, beyond your already guaranteed prize of a discount or draw entries? All you have to do is obtain an item from 3 collections to unlock a Fire Box from the Calgary Vault – but hurry!

In partnership with Rare Goods, 4,675 editions will only be available between December 15th and December 31st.

“We are very excited to finally bring NFTs to our fans,” said Ryan Popowich, director of marketing and promotions for CSEC in a release.

“This is obviously a new space for everyone involved and we’re proceeding under specific guidelines outlined by the NHL. But as an organization, we’re committed to exploring the potential of NFTs.”
