The Super Bowl has come and gone, and, as usual, everyone’s talking about the halftime show. This year Toronto’s very own The Weeknd took to the arena, and boy did he deliver. The superstar performed a medley of his greatest hits, accompanied by an army of violins, bandage-faced dancers, pyrotechnics, and extravagant blinding lights. Sorry, we had to.
But perhaps the best part of the performance was that it sparked a ton of amazing memes. In true Internet fashion, folks have taken to Twitter to share their funny takes on multiple moments from the show. Here are a few of our favourites:

Of course, most of the memes come from the part of the show where The Weeknd took the camera on a hand-held tour under the Super Bowl stands. The entire performance was insane, but this bit was certainly memorable.
Memes aside, it’s safe to say The Weeknd killed it last night. This Grammy-winning musician is certainly making Toronto proud.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
