Ontario has a spine-chilling ‘abandoned village’ haunted experience

When the village was first discovered abandoned way back in 1899, diaries were found that recounted chilling stories.

Now, these tales have come to life in the form of five terrifying haunted houses spread across the village!

Visitors to “The Abandoned Village” will find themselves walking through a multi-building haunted house experience that will send shivers down their spines.

With five haunted houses to check out, this year’s attraction promises to have you jumping out of your skin!

While this haunted experience is not for the faint of heart, it’s an absolute must for adrenaline junkies and horror enthusiasts.

The age recommendation is 14+, as there are scenes of violence, gore, and graphic content that may not be suitable for younger visitors.

For those under 18, it’s highly advisable to have an adult accompany them.

Those who want to explore the village without the intense scares can also attend “No Scare Sunday”.

On October 29th, there will be no scare performers and no strobe lights. It will take place during the late afternoon light at 5 PM.

However, after 7 PM, the Abandoned Village returns to its usual haunts and horrors, ready to terrify those brave enough to venture inside!
