Ready to take your taste buds on a trip across the world? Then you’ll definitely want to find yourself at Taste of the Middle East!

The weekend-long food festival is taking place in Mississauga this March 17th to 19th.

The festival promises to be a celebration of Middle Eastern food, culture, art, and music, with dynamic programming for visitors of all ages.

In addition to countless food vendors, the event will feature a bazaar, tasty drinks, activities for kids, Dabke dancing, live performances, and chef demonstrations.

There will also be a One Love benefit concert for Syria and Turkey on Friday night and a Beirut Ya Beirut concert on Saturday night. Both events have ticketed admission.

This is the first annual edition of this indoor winter event, so we are in for some exciting surprises.

Also happening this March is the popular TO Food and Drink Fest, the largest festival of its kind in Canada.

The 19+ festival runs for three days straight and will bring back-to-back culinary experiences into one massive space.

Some of this year’s attractions include The Chef’s Kitchen, where top local and celebrity chefs will be cooking delicious dishes live on stage.

Dance the day away while you dine in the live music and DJ lounge, then hit up Flavour Street for wall-to-wall food trucks selling the best street eats around.
