From accessories and groceries to clothing and art, shop while you stroll but leave room in the budget for bites because the food is the star of the show!

As mentioned, Taste of Italy will be carb-heavy and covered in sauce, but there will also be coffee, gelato and baked goods so come with an appetite.

“The Taste of Italy is a community event that intends to celebrate and share Italian culture in Calgary by including Italian businesses and restaurants in Calgary,” they write on their website,

“Attendees are invited to come down to the event to experience a slice of Italian Culture right here in Calgary, and maybe even discover a new favourite restaurant or Italian experience!”

Want to check it out? It all goes down on Sunday, September 10th, 2023 between 11 am and 7 pm and is totally FREE to attend!

Enjoy and heck, maybe we’ll see you there! We’ll be the ones double-fisting two scoops of pistachio gelato and a cappuccino.
