The countdown begins! In just over a month’s time, the Taste of Edmonton is returning to the city, and it’s guaranteed to be one of the summer’s can’t-miss events. But, to add to the excitement, we thought we’d give you a quick refresher on what you can expect while it’s here.
Originally starting wayyyy back in 1984, Taste of Edmonton has become the city’s most talked about food festivals. Every year, it taps some of the best restaurants, food trucks, and more to come together for over a week of delicious treats.

This year’s no different, with over 40 different vendors and booths joining the party. The cuisine varies greatly, from classic Korean street food to desserts and even Indigenous and vegan options. The festival runs on a ticket basis, offering anywhere from 5 to 40 for those looking to just snack a little bit, all the way to an afternoon-long feast.
Alongside the plethora of food, visitors will get to experience live music, beer gardens, and other experiences, all located in downtown’s Churchill Square.
Things officially kick off on July 21st, and will be wrapping on the 31st. So yeah, alongside K-Days, this is something you need to add to your summer fun calendar. See you down there!
When: July 21st to 31st
