This New Surrey Restaurant Has a Michelin Recommended Chef & the One of the World’ sLargest Whisky Collections

If you’re a fan of Old Fashioneds and unique dining experiences, we have some exciting news for you. The culinary oasis, Skye Avenue restaurant is making its way to the heart of Surrey and is open to the public!

Skye Avenue is serving up an innovative restaurant concept, which includes two chef’s tables, two bars, a whisky lounge, private dining room and one of the largest whisky collections in the world. Plus, their lavish menus will have you indulging in everything from extravagant sushi rolls to authentic Italian pizzas.

The experience

As the name suggests, Skye Avenue takes inspiration from the “Isle of Skye” — an island on the northern top of Scotland known for its top tier Scottish whiskies and beautiful scenery.

Drawing inspiration from its namesake, Skye Avenue will fill its whisky bar with whiskies from around the world. Patrons will be able to sip and sample flavours in the comfort of the restaurant’s lavish whisky and cognac lounge.

In addition to the full stocked whisky menu, guests will also be able to have a personalized dining experience with the Michelin Recommended Head Chef at one of two chef tables.

The food

What’s on the menu, you ask? Prepare yourself for a global feast. Let’s just say the options are plentiful, and they have something for everyone. Choose from a selection of Peruvian, Italian and Asian-inspired dishes, with vegan, vegetarian and gluten-friendly options. Share a Prosciutto & Burrata pizza, snack on Tuna Tataki or go all out with their Australian farmed Lamb Loin.

Guests can dine at Skye Avenue for brunch, lunch and dinner. Or, if you feel like trying something new, their coming soon “No Rush Hour” menu. This special happy hour comes with a twist — set to provide an elevated social experience for those looking for a post-work pick me up.
