The US is officially gaining a brand new, game-changing addition. We’re talking about Super Nintendo World – a 360-degree world of Mario, Luigi, and Princess Peach and the first of its kind in the US. The all-new, dynamic land opens this week right here in the US.

Super Nintendo World is officially opening on February 17th in a newly expanded area of Universal Studios Hollywood. Visitors will be able to enjoy all sorts of new ways to play. Those include taking a ride on the groundbreaking “Mario Kart: Bowser’s Challenge” ride, as well as checking out the many thrilling and interactive activities “designed to engage the entire family within the captivating Mushroom Kingdom.”

After enjoying the rides and exploring the kingdom, guests can fuel themselves with themed dining at the Toadstool Cafe™ and shopping at the 1-UP Factor retail store.

The new land is also offering a purchasable “Power-Up Band™” which is a wearable and interactive wristband that will allow guests to deepen their interactions during their time in the experience.

As for how to gain access to the land, guests need to make virtual line reservations. Keep in mind reservations are limited in number and based on space availability throughout the day, and also that reservation is not available for the Mario Kart™: Bowser’s Challenge attraction.

Guests who have Universal Express privileges will have reservation-free entry into the Super Nintendo World once per day.

Right now there are early access tickets for the new land still available with starting prices as low as $20. So, treat yourself to a long weekend getaway and enjoy all that the Nintendo Universe has to offer.
