There’s an all-inclusive spa inside an 1800s castle that’s nestled in this adorable Ontario hamlet

Yes, it’s as magical as it sounds. Ste. Annes Spa is one of Canada’s top destination spas and it’s as gorgeous as it is relaxing. The spa is located in Grafton, Ontario and is housed by an 1800s castle.

You deserve a day of relaxation – let’s get planning!

Getting to Grafton, Ontario

Ste. Annes Spa and Grafton, Ontario are found just under two hours east of Toronto.

The hamlet is known as a “spa country” so get ready to drift away into a place of peace and tranquillity.

The spa

Built in 1858, Ste. Annes Spa has a lengthy and interesting history.

The spa began its legacy as a heritage fieldstone country castle and estate when it was first constructed in the 1800s.

Over the years, it served as a “cherished residence for several notable families—the Masseys, Jaynes, Keelers, and Blaffers—before being lovingly restored by its current owners, the Corcorans.”

A restoration began in 1981, turning the spot into a bed and breakfast. 1998 was when the major additions came including the stone grotto with a luxurious hot tub, plunge pool and lap pool.

Today, Ste. Annes Spa is an all-inclusive dream nestled upon 500 acres, featuring walking trails, zen and tranquillity gardens, and outdoor patios.

From hydrotherapy pools to relaxing hot tubs, there’s no shortage of ways to “dive into” relaxation. During the colder months, the Eucalyptus Steam Room and Warming Room are the perfect places to get toasty.

If you want to book an overnight stay there are a handful of packages to choose from including couples getaway packages.

Ste. Annes Spa in Grafton, Ontario awaits!
