Toronto’s getting a six-day block party with DJs and outdoor games next week

Toronto’s beloved shipping container market is celebrating its birthday! You read that right. The STACKT Market is hosting a six-day birthday party next week, and everyone is invited. Here’s what to know.

Starting April 8, 2025, and for six days after, STACKT is throwing the ultimate birthday bash. There will be live music, marketplaces, games, food, and much more. If you need plans this month, it looks like you’re covered.

What to expect

“We’re turning SIX, and we’re making it count with SIX days of celebrations,” Stackt Market shared on Instagram. “Think community vibes, live music, delicious food trucks, giveaways, a Brews + Chews kickoff, and a few surprises along the way.”

Each day will see different experiences. We’re talking birthday trivia on April 9 and a huge live performance on April 10, just to name a few.

Get ready to dance with the STACKT resident DJs. They’ll be playing tunes on the West Patio from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. and inside Blue Moon from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m. on April 12.

Not only is this the best way to embrace the spring season, but it’s also the perfect excuse to get together with friends.

“This community has been EVERYTHING to us, and now it’s time to raise a glass—to six years of memories and many more to come,” shares STACKT.

Don’t miss out on all the fun STACKT will surely bring. Now, all that’s left for you to do is text all your friends and plan your week. Considering it’s been a sunny few days in Toronto, we can only hope the sunshine lasts.

We’ll see you there!
