It’s patio season, folks, and we’re happy to share that Dockside Restaurant and Coal Harbour Liquor Store are partnering up to bring back the beloved Spring Sips Patio Tasting event to Granville Island!
While the event is usually held a little earlier in the spring, we haven’t been too blessed with the weather so far this season. No matter, Dockside is slated to host the event on Thursday, June 16th come rain or shine! (Speaking of, you might just want to stop for a scoop or two of ice cream on West 4th before heading down for the tasting, because why not.)

After a two-year hiatus, the event is finally back, bringing all the al-fresco spirits and bubbles you already know and love from years past, and introducing some new names and flavours. Expect plenty of beer, wine, and spirit selections for every palate!
The event will be held on Dockside’s award-winning patio from 5 to 8 pm. Stunning views of False Creek and downtown during golden hour? It really doesn’t get much better than that.
All ticket holders will also enjoy tapas from Dockside’s kitchen and live music with Lesismore.

Hopefully, the only pouring will come from the 100 selections of drinks from over 20 distributors–and not any actual rain. But if Raincouver does make a surprise visit, the event will be held indoors in Dockside’s main dining area.
Tickets are about $75 each + fees and include all tasting samples as well as shuttle service from Coal Harbour Liquor Store.
