‘Tis the season for food festivals, live music, celebrations and fun! Spring 2024 is around the corner and there are plenty of things to do and see this time around.  What are some of the biggest and most exciting events? No matter what you’re into, the city’s got it! Here are just a few Festivals and conventions to check out in Calgary between March 19th and June 19th, 2023.

Lilac Festival

One of the most anticipated events of the sunny season! With food, live music, drinks, local vendors, and sun! the annual Lilac Festival will return this June to 4th Avenue. As always, it’s going to be huge!

When: Sunday, June 2nd, 2024
Where: Between 12th Avenue South and Elbow Drive SW
Time: 10 am – 6 pm
Cost: Free

Alberta International Beer Festival

We hope you’re thirsty, Calgary! This year, like so many before it, take a sip or a gulp at Alberta International Beer Fest – an event that will take Calgarians on a boozy adventure around the world.

YYCaesarfest

Not a fan of beer? Don’t fret! Created by Walter Chell In 1969, the Caesar is deeply rooted in Calgary’s history so it only makes sense that this particular drink is celebrated as well!

Sled Island
