When you think of Southwestern Ontario you may think of industries such as automotive and agriculture, but as the years have gone on, this popular area of the province is starting to grow in its working opportunities. Employers are making shifts with new initiatives, and the best of the best have been selected as Southwestern Ontario’s Top Employers for 2025.

The winners were announced by Mediacorp Canada Inc., organizers of the annual Canada’s Top 100 Employers project.

Wondering who made the cut? Check em’ out, and maybe consider one of these companies if you’re looking to make a change when it comes to your career.

Southwestern Ontario’s Top Employers 2025

So, what makes these employers stand out above the rest? According to Mediacorp Canada Inc., there are a few reasons to note.

“This year’s selections demonstrate a strong commitment to employee well-being, professional development, and family-friendly workplace policies. Many prioritize wellness through increased investments in mental health support, which is an encouraging trend – especially in sectors where the benefit was less common, such as manufacturing,” shares the organization.

Many of the winners provide maternity leave top-ups and parental leave as well.

There are also eight areas editors at Mediacorp reviewed when making their decisions which include: workplace, work atmosphere and social,  health, financial & family benefits, vacation and time off, employee communications, performance management, training and skills development, and community involvement.

Those eligible to win are employers in the public or private sector with ahead office or principal place of business in Southwestern Ontario.
