Ontario’s longest snow tubing hill is hosting a ‘glow tube’ DJ night this weekend

Want to take your Family Day weekend to new heights? The longest snow tubing hill in Ontario is hosting a moonlight glow-in-the-dark tubing night with live music this long weekend.

Horseshoe Resort is inviting the public to soar down the tube run with glowsticks in hand to the sounds of local Orillia DJ Andrew Hunt.

You’ll be lighting up the tubing hill with glow sticks provided by the resort, which are complimentary with your snow tubing pass.

If you want to secure your spot, you can reserve your pass in advance online. However, there will be walk-up passes available at the kiosk if capacity permits.

Blue Mountain is also home to the picturesque mountain-top skating trail, which is now open for the season.

And if you really want to make the most of the long weekend, you can head to the tiki torch-lit Fire and Ice night on the skating trail at Arrowhead Provincial Park on both Friday and Saturday.

There is no shortage of outdoor fun to be had this upcoming holiday weekend. Don’t forget to layer up!
