Marvel superhero now Toronto foodie, Simu Liu was back in Toronto once again, this time taking the Worth It crew from the About To Eat YouTube channel, to three of his favorite food spots.

Appearing as a guest on the entertainment web series by BuzzFeed, Liu guides friend and host Steven Lim and Andrew Ilnyckyj on a food tour around the city. From the most inexpensive choices to eye-popping prices, the trio take on the streets of Toronto to taste Liu’s favourite dishes.

Liu is known, from time to time, to show some love towards Toronto’s diverse food scene, having appeared in an interview with Destination Toronto, as part of a video campaign, You Gotta See What We See.

Considering it’s both Lim and Ilnyckyj’s first time in Toronto and Worth It‘s final season, Liu made sure to leave them impressed with what Toronto has to offer.

Here are Simu Liu’s favourite food spots in Toronto:

Golden Patty – Spicy Beef patty

“It’s one of the only places in the city that you can get a great full meal for under five bucks,” shares Liu. All three order a Spicy Beef patty and bask in the history of the patty and how Golden PAtty/Patty King came to be. Liu shares how he’d go to the Kensington Market shop while in middle school to enjoy a patty during lunch.

PAI Northern Thai Kitchen – Khao Soi

Michelin recommended thai restaurant, PAI was the second stop on Liu’s food tour, where they enjoyed a warm, bowl of “Khao Soi”. Composed of Fresh egg noodles in a golden coconut milk curry, then topped with crispy noodles, coriander, green onions, and your choice of Braised Beef, Chicken Breast, Shrimp, Tofu and Veggies.

Lobster Tower – Fishman Lobster Clubhouse

Last but definitely not least is Scarborough’s very own Fishman Lobster Clubhouse – the third stop on this foodie adventure. This isn’t the first time Liu gave the seafood destination a shoutout. Last year, during an adorable interview with puppies, the Marvel star shared his love for the lobster spot, praising its Lobster tower WHICH is what Liu chose as the third dish to try this time around. Both the Lobster Tower and Crab Tower were served to the crew who, of course, loved it. The Lobster tower alone weighs about 25 pounds and is priced at almost $700. Can you believe that?
