Tommy Bahama’s at the ready, paradise seekers. This summer, in the event that we’re given the A-ok to explore outside of our province again, we’ll be heading to the capital where locals, liquor connoisseurs and travellers alike can set sail on an Ottawa Tiki Tour!

During this 90 minute experience, groups anywhere from 2 to 12 can sip cocktails, listen to music and bake under the sun just as if you were enjoying a beachy pre-pandemic vacation.

These floating bars will depart from both Rockland and Downtown and will board from May to October which is more than enough time to try everything on the menu!

Tours can be booked now and will cost around $60 per person, not including whatever you choose to order while on the water. For obvious reasons, all purchases are cashless, bug spray is recommended and snacks are encouraged – so feel free to bring a granola bar or two!

For more information or to reserve a spot, check out their website here and keep your fingers crossed that restrictions let up because man, do we have some pent-up holi-yay energy.
