The home is laid out with one bedroom on the main and a larger bedroom upstairs with decks at both ends. What’s more, The BarHop is in great shape as it was hauled out in 2021 for new wood and fiberglass hull refinishing. It also has a new kitchen, bathroom, flooring, and lighting throughout.
As you may or may not know, each houseboat dock is basically its own neighborhood with its own rules. The BarHop happens to be located on a dock that allows pets, rentals, and live aboard. Keep in mind you will need to pay slip rent each month which is $1041 and includes water, electricity, and garbage.
