Award-winning Chef Brady Ishiwata Williams formerly, of Canlis took 30th place with his new White Center restaurant Tomo. Esquire describes the food at Tomo as “electric as the vibe” with inventive items like beef tartare tostadas and root-beer flavored kakigori among many other delicious items.

Looks like it’s time to add these two to your end-of-year dining plans! Happy eating, foodies.
