There are free events taking place at the Seattle Art Museum this summer

Looking for free things to do this summer? While heading to the Olympic Sculpture Park is always a great idea, it’s about to get even better this summer. That’s because Summer at SAM is back with an amazing array of free and fun events for you to enjoy. Here’s a look at what to expect from the Seattle Art Museum this summer.

From Thursday, July 13th to Friday, August 25th the Seattle Art Museum is hosting events each Thursday and Saturday at the Olympic Sculpture Park. All Summer at SAM programs are free, open to the public, and suitable for all ages.

On Thursdays, you can enjoy evening events like concerts with food trucks and art making. On Saturdays, you can enjoy daytime offerings like movement classes, tours, and community partner activities.

A look through the event calendar for this summer shows things like Vinyasa Yoga, origami classes, tours of the park, Zumba classes and so much more.

If you have free time on Thursdays or Saturdays this summer it’s well worth seeing what happens to be taking place that day. After all, the events are free and are sure to give you at least one new experience this summer.
