The event is all about giving you and fellow cat enthusiasts a weekend-long convention packed with fun while providing the environment to explore and celebrate your love for cats.

Attendees can check out cat bingo, dances, cosplay opportunities, a showing of the CatVideoFest, music, and more. There will also be talks from cat researchers, rescuers, and veterinarians on all sorts of different topics. You can also do some shopping from the conventions wide array of “Meowchants.”

If you’d like to, you can even bring your own cat however, the convention has some rules that must be followed for the health and safety of everyone. Your cat must transported to the event in an appropriate carrier, be okay with crowds and loud noises, be on a leash at all times, and be under your watch and care. You must also have a copy of your cat’s rabies vaccination. Basically, if you aren’t 100% sure that your cat will be okay around large numbers of other people and cats, it’s probably best to leave them at home.

With that, enjoy!
