“Explore Alberta by train!” From sea to sea, Via Rail has several scenic routes across Canada including one from Edmonton to Jasper! With views of mountains, rivers and lakes, this particular trip will take 6 and a half hours, departs twice a week and can cost less than $150 (depending on the day). Looking for something spectacular? You have to check out the Polar Express event on the Aspen Crossing Train. This particular ride treks across Alberta’s Prairies and offers a magical event inspired by the book.
