The 15-kilometre escarpment boasts towering cliffs that plunge down into Lake Ontario.

Along the shore, there are eleven parks that line the Scarborough Bluffs and according to Destination Ontario, “Bluffer’s Park provides access to the beach below, another great vantage point from which to admire the splendid fall colour.”

For the best views from above, Cathedral Bluffs Park and Scarborough Crescent Park are the areas you’re going to want to post up to take in all the stunning fall colours from below.

If you need a place to park, the City of Toronto provides a guide as to where the best places to park nearby are.

Get your steps in along The Bluff’s Trail which connects Bluffer’s Beach to Bluffer’s Park, a perfect spot for a scenic fall stroll.

If you live downtown, the TTC has a direct bus to the cliffs so you don’t need to worry about owning a car to get to this east-end spectacle.

Please note that because the cliffs of the Scarborough Bluffs still eroding, it is important to stay on the marked path.

The City of Toronto advises all visitors to not cross or climb over the barriers. This is not only is it dangerous, but it could lead to getting a fine.

Now that you’re equipped with everything you need to know, time to leave the craziness of downtown and head over to the bluffs to take in some fall views.
