In addition to having prime paddling waters, the park is popular among scuba divers, who can enjoy exploring underwater “castle-like” caves floating above the ocean floor. Here, you can spot a mix of anemones, sponges, octopuses, sea stars, and giant barnacles.

Finally, if you’re looking for other places to check out while on Salt Spring Island, there are plenty of family-run farms, art studios, and local shops to uncover in the town’s downtown area.

Ready to do some exploring yourself? Salt Spring Island is accessible via a quick flight from Coal Harbour or Richmond via Harbour Air or Seair Seaplanes.

Alternatively, you can hop on a ferry to Long Harbour from the Tsawwassen terminal. The park is 10 km from the Fulford Harbour ferry terminal along Beaver Point Road.

So there you have it, island lovers. Happy adventuring!
