Seattle Mariners 

Take us out to the ball game! What says spring better than a baseball game? From drinks to hot dogs, this is a spring classic date spot! The Seattle Mariners kick off the season at the end of March, with a game against the Boston Red Sox.

Skagit Valley Tulip Festival

Washington’s most iconic tulip festival is back this April with unique displays taking place at four different farms across the Skagit Valley.

Stroll through the Spheres

You can stroll through the Spheres indoor gardens hand in hand with your significant other this spring, but you will need to plan ahead! The Spheres are open to visitors by reservation during the first and third Saturday of each month free of charge. Wondering when to book next? Upcoming dates include:

Marvel at the views from the Sky View Observatory

Really want to make a memorable date? Head to one of the most unique venues in the Pacific Northwest, the Sky View Observatory. Marvel at the spectacular views of Seattle and beyond, and snap those cute photos!

Volunteer Park Conservatory

Get some spring feels before spring! The Volunteer Park Conservatory is open year-round and is full of beautiful tropical plants. It’s a great place to stroll with a date and enjoy a little peace and quiet in one of Seattle’s best parks.

Besides its usual $6 entrance, there are free days at the Park and they are on the 1st Thursdays and 1st Saturdays of each month.

Washington State Fair 2024

The Washington State Spring Fair will be taking over the grounds at Puyallup for another year, kicking off on April 11th! Plan a visit with your loved one, and you can enjoy all the fair favorites like live entertainment, delicious food, wild rides, adorable animals, and boozy pit stops.

Seattle Cherry Blossom & Japanese Cultural Festival

The Seattle Cherry Blossom & Japanese Cultural Festival is coming back this April. It’s a chance to see the blooms, and to check out a vibrant and colorful celebration that features a range of activities and performances that showcase Japanese art, culture, and traditions. It’s a cute weekend event to experience with a SO!

Dining in the Dark: A Unique Blindfolded Dining Experience

16th Annual Flower Festival

If you love flowers, this annual festival is one you won’t want to miss this spring for a date. The 16th Annual Flower Festival is returning to Pike Place Market in May. Walk down with your partner and grab each other some local bouquets!

U District Street Fair

The U District Street Fair returns for its 53rd year to kick-off Seattle’s summer event season with a 10 block-long arts and crafts fair that takes over University Way. The two-day event will also feature free live music and performances, and over 40 food trucks and booths. It’s a great walk/date day idea!

Hike at Turtleback Mountain Preserve

We are extremely lucky to have the beautiful islands that surround our state. If you find that you’ll be spending some time on Orcas Island, we highly recommend checking out the Turtleback Mountain Preserve. While hiking through the preserve you can enjoy some of the best views in the San Juan Islands.

Candlelight Concerts

Candles… so romantic. Add live music to that, it really sets the mood. Fever has several candlelight concerts in Seattle this spring, ranging from Adele to Taylor Swift.
