Rocky Mountain Pro Am: World-class water ski event near Calgary

The Rocky Mountain Pro Am is making its debut at Predator Bay Water Ski Club, bringing some of the world’s top water skiers to the Calgary area for a weekend of high-level competition. Throughout the weekend, both men and women will compete across multiple disciplines, including slalom, trick, and jump events. The Slalom competition challenges athletes to weave through the course at high speeds, while the trick events will showcase spins, slips, and other technical skills.

Fans can also expect to see athletes take on the jump ramp, where competitors will launch themselves into the air while chasing the longest distance possible.

Predator Bay Water Ski Club is located roughly 10 kilometres south of Calgary’s city limits; the club sits alongside two private man-made ski lakes known as the Lakes of KastynStone.
