Here we are folks! With summer right around the corner, you might find yourself looking at some options for rentals around Edmonton this June. And, along with the help of Rentals.ca, we’ve got a serious range of what you might find yourself in. From the cheapest of the cheap to more luxury spaces, here’s what’s available this month.
These are 6 seriously nice rentals you can find in Edmonton for under $1100.
11819 106 Street NW – $549+
We’re starting with some very affordable options, even by Edmonton’s standards. This Westwood development is offering ‘micro-suites’ starting at a mere $550/month. Luckily, you’ll still get your own bathroom, and you’ll be just a couple blocks away from Plaza Bowling!
9209-9315 Jasper Avenue NW – $625
While not exactly downtown, you are super close at the Riverside Apartments. Recently renovated and pet-friendly, this option also gives you pretty great access to Riverdale and Dawson Park as well, with a range of studios, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom layouts to choose from.
10829 113 Street NW – $626+
Moving over to Queen Mary Park, we get into more traditional housing that’s still inexpensive as heck. While studios here start at $626, an even better deal would be finding a suitable roommate and going for the 2 bedroom layout, which comes in at $925.
11730C 127 Street NW – $650+
If you don’t mind being a little further away from downtown, then this could be a great pick. While their studios are still the cheapest options, it’s worth noting that the price for a 2-bedroom, 797 sq. ft. or so space is a mere $849, making it super cheap if you’re moving with someone or willing to get a roommate.
10424 82 Avenue NW – $962
Feeling rustic yet modern? This studio apartment at Richard’s Block in Strathcona might just be the answer. Located in a heritage building but offering modern amenities, it comes with a bonus as one of the best locations on this list, literally sitting on Whyte Ave.
10205 100 Avenue – $1049+
If you’re hoping to live the high life, then this is the answer. The Edmonton House soars some 45 stories into the sky, offering some of the best views of the River Valley and the city itself. Beyond that, you’ll also get access to a private gym and an indoor pool with a heated deck.
10022 110 Street NW – $1082+
Of course, we had to save the bougiest option for last. Located smack dab between Oliver and Downtown, this almost brand new development features both luxury touches inside each suite and high class amenities for all residents. Sure, the private gym is a nice touch, but we’re way more interested in a 21st-floor rooftop patio for the summer months.
There you have it folks, our list of some of the best rentals in Edmonton you can move into right now, for a variety of budgets!
