The bonuses get a little better at this West End development, and the starting prices are cheaper to boot. Get 1 month free rent on a one year lease, 2 months for two years, and a $250 signing bonus.

Not scared of a commute? You might want to check out this development in Port Moody. Those who sign a lease will get free TELUS services for a full year, plus at least $100 on a Compass Card to help with those transit journeys.
