The city’s rental market is pretty much the Thunderdome right now, with deals few and far between. So, when we got a list of some rental incentives currently on offer in Vancouver, we thought that sharing them might be a good idea. After all, a month of free rent is, well, a month of free rent.
Here are some rental incentives available in Vancouver right now.

There are a variety of units available at this building, but the bonuses are the same across the board. Expect a half-month of free rent on a 1-year lease, a full month for 2 years, and a $250 signing bonus.

The bonuses get a little better at this West End development, and the starting prices are cheaper to boot. Get 1 month free rent on a one year lease, 2 months for two years, and a $250 signing bonus.
3370 Dewdney Trunk Road – $1,850+
Not scared of a commute? You might want to check out this development in Port Moody. Those who sign a lease will get free TELUS services for a full year, plus at least $100 on a Compass Card to help with those transit journeys.
1022 Nelson Street – $2,800
Back to downtown Vancouver we go! This recently renovated development is offering 25% off a range of TELUS services, including internet and Optik TV.
825 East 8th Avenue – $2,189+
To wrap up, we’ve got some very straightforward deals to be had. Those moving into this East Van development will receive one month of free rent on a 13 month lease.
1255 Pendrell Street – $1,949+
And lastly, we’re back in the West End! Like the above offer, you’ll get a month free if you sign up for a 13 month lease here, on either a studio or 1-bedroom layout.
